The Fusioniti…what a great way to get your essential fruits and veggies…
Let me introduce you to The Fusioniti Martini, made with V8 VFusion Strawberry Banana juice.

Break out the V8 Strawberry Banana VFusion for a fab Fusioniti
Yes, this cocktail is my very own creation, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out!

Consider lime juice the X-factor in this Fusioniti
This Fusioniti Martini has only four ingredients: the V8 VFusion juice, vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup. And the key, dear readers, to this cocktail being spectacular is the lime juice! Please don’t leave the lime juice out!

Fusioniti with V8 VFusion Juice
Not only is the lime juice the perfect tangy foil to the rather sweet V8 VFusion juice, but it also brings out a distinct, almost grapefruit-like bite that truly makes this cocktail shine. I added a bit of simple syrup to offset the lime juice, but if you prefer your drinks less sweet, you might want to skip the simple syrup. I suggest that you experiment and see.

Try V8 VFusion juice for a Fusioniti
I really think that this Fusioniti Martini could be wonderful made with a variety of the V8 VFusion juices. On V8’s website, you’ll see there are a good number of flavors offered. I think the Peach Mango flavor would be fun to try next!

Fab and Fruity Fusioniti Martini
Here’s the recipe:
- 3 ounces V8 VFusion Strawberry Banana juice
- 1 ounce vodka
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup (*if you like your cocktails less sweet, reduce or eliminate the simple syrup)
- Wedge of lime for garnish
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice
- To shaker, add V8 VFusion juice, vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake for 30 seconds and pour through strainer into martini glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
- Sip and enjoy.

I wanted a drink. Had the vodka but didn’t want coke zero and didn’t have any ginger beer (my typical go toos). BUT I had some V8 Fusion strawberry banana. So i googled vodka with V8. This recipe came up. I left out the simple syrup cuz i don’t have any. IT’S DELICIOUS!!!! And will be one of my new go toos. THANKS!
