Know what the Wroot Wore Wednesday? This black wrap cardigan with a single button by Bobeau. I came across this wrap cardigan in both black and brown while browsing at Marshalls recently.
I’ll have to say that I really love this top, and I’ve seriously considered buying at least one more of these wrap cardigans online in another color. Nordstrom has this same piece in multiple colors here and here. Oddly, Nordstrom describes this top as “fleece” or “fuzzy fleece,” but to me, it’s really just a medium-weight stretch knit.
The design of this wrap cardigan, along with the soft stretch knit makes for a truly comfy cardigan. I wore it over a black knit camisole.
I also really like the attention to the single button on this top. The button appears to be wood, and is painted with what’s supposed to look like white stitching. I know that might sound tacky, but it actually looks elegant and chic!
I wore this wrap cardigan by Bobeau with a leopard print pencil skirt by Nicole Miller and my tall Dover boots by Franco Sarto.
The patterned black tights help define the cut and line of the tall boots.
Wrap cardigan with single button by Bobeau purchased at Marshalls (same one in various colors at Nordstrom here and here), leopard print pencil skirt by Nicole Miller (same in solid here and similar here), Dover tall boots by Franco Sarto purchased on sale at Marshalls (same boots at Amazon), patterned black tights by George purchased last year at Walmart (similar).
