A solid shirt highlights the pretty pattern of this poncho sweater
I happened across this poncho sweater in the juniors department at Dillards last weekend and immediately fell in love with it.

Poncho sweater looks great with jeggings and pumps
If you follow fashion at all, you probably already know that ponchos and the like are super popular this fall.

This poncho sweater has a gorgeous pink and black design
This poncho sweater, by Chelsea & Violet, has a beautiful Aztec pattern. It pairs great with my blue jean jeggings, but I also think black jeggings would look great with this sweater.

This poncho sweater is warm and stylish
I thought a silver pendant with an interchangeable pink suede cord necklace looked great with this poncho sweater–I bought the pendant and cords years ago at a home jewelry party.

I modeled these snakeskin print pumps by Cole Haan in an earlier post, but this time I’m incorporating them into a less formal outfit.

I’m loving this poncho sweater with an Aztec pattern

Sweater and shoes: so very chic
The light tan background and blacks in the poncho sweater seem to pair up nicely with the same colors in the snakeskin shoes.

Snakeskin shoes by Cole Haan
I’ve worn these wonderful Cole Haan shoes quite a few times since I first posted about them, and I’m here to report that they’re more comfortable than ever. Although these snakeskin shoes were more expensive than what I usually pay for pumps, I’m definitely getting my money’s worth, because they’re so chic and agreeble with my feet!

This comfy and stylish poncho sweater would make a great gift.
This poncho sweater by Chelsea & Violet that I’m wearing is a size XS, so I feel sure that most people could wear this poncho sweater in one of its sizes, even though it’s from the juniors department. With the beautiful colors and pattern, wouldn’t a sweater like this make a thoughtful gift for a mom, sister, daughter, niece, or friend? And because of its loose fit and design, it’s a piece of clothing that’s more likely to fit your special someone to whom you’re giving it.

Try a poncho sweater for the holidays

Such a striking pattern – no wonder you fell in love with it. I would too! And I love how you’ve paired it with the jeans but ramped it up with the snakeskin pumps.
